We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.

Eligible Returns

You may request a refund or replacement if: the product does not meet stated purity (per COA), was damaged in shipping, you received the wrong product, or the product shows contamination or degradation.

How to Request a Return

Contact support@usxpeptides.com within 30 days with your order number and description. Provide photos if applicable. We will review within 2 business days.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Replacements ship at no additional cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Eligible Returns

We cannot accept returns for: opened/partially used products (unless defective), returns after 30 days, improperly stored products, or change of mind (unless unopened and in original condition).

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if not yet shipped. Contact support@usxpeptides.com with your order number.
