Pricing and Payment

Prices are in USD, subject to change. We accept major cards via Stripe. Payment is due at purchase. All sales are final subject to our Refund Policy.

Shipping

We ship within the United States and Canada via FedEx. Shipping times and costs are at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, USX Peptides shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes resolved in courts of Florida, Palm Beach County.
